Recently we have been experimenting with some new ideas. Working with all organic ingredients we have created our own interpretations of some classic confections.

Warm Weather Shipping: At this point we are not set up for warm weather shipping (ice packs, insulated boxes, etc.) therefore we will not be accepting chocolate orders to ship between mid-June and mid-September, or until the weather cools down consistently below 75 degrees, otherwise you would end up with a puddle of chocolate and that would not be very satisfying.

	Toffees A crisp buttery toffee sandwiched between layers of chocolate and encrusted with nuts. These hand-broken pieces are complex in flavor and not too sweet, offering a different take on your classic "butter crunch". Available in four varieties:

	Cinnamon Bark A smooth blend of sweet and dry dark chocolates with a healthy dose of organic Vietnamese cinnamon powder. The Vietnamese cinnamon we use has a high cinnamon oil content giving it a fuller, more complex flavor with just a hint of bite. 	Nocciola A smooth blend of dark chocolate, hazelnut paste and butter. This is our interpretation of the classic European spread best known as Nutella. Smear it on your toast in the morning, have it with some fresh strawberries, or warm it and pour it over some ice cream. 	Turtles Chewy caramel and toasted nuts rolled into a bite-sized ball and dipped in chocolate with just a light sprinkle of sea salt, these are not your traditional Turtle, but we think you will like them. Available in two varieties:
	Snapping Turtles In this interpretation of a classic New England treat, we take a dark, unprocessed sugar caramel and add cayenne, coriander and roasted, salted pecans, dip it in dark chocolate and top it with Maldon salt flakes. Our snappers have a bit of a bite, just like their namesakes. Ingredients: Dark chocolate, sugar, NH honey, NH heavy cream, pecans, butter, sea salt, cayenne, coriander. 5 Turtles, Approx. 2.25 oz. 	Sun Turtles We fill a honey/lavender caramel with salted, roasted cashews, dip it in a milk chocolate and top it with Maldon salt flakes. Like the old-timers name for the Painted turtle, our Sun Turtles are indolent and decadent. 	Olive Oil Truffles A blend of spicy dark chocolate from Trinidad with an extra virgin, early pressing olive oil from Lakonia Greek Products dipped in dark chocolate with a bit of sun-dried tomato on top. These vegan truffles have the distinct taste of olive oil with some bright peppery notes, and while the chocolate quickly dissolves away, the flavor lingers and continues to develope.
