Winnipesaukee Chocolates - Dragees, Toffee, Coffee Beans, etc.

Recently we have been experimenting with some new ideas. Working with all organic ingredients we have created our own interpretations of some classic confections. For our coffee beans we have worked with a local roaster to pick varietal beans with distinct flavor notes, in a medium roast, and coated them with a blend of chocolates chosen to highlight their flavor. Our chocolate covered nuts are covered with a thin sugar syrup and toasted to caramelize the sugar and deepen the flavor of the nuts, before being coated in chocolate and cocoa powder. Our butter toffee is made with Rapadura sugar which still contains the molasses for a mineral rich, complex flavor, and just a touch of salt to help cut the sweet.

Summer Shipping: At this point we are not set up for warm weather shipping (ice packs, insulated boxes, etc.) therefore we will not be accepting chocolate orders to ship between now and mid September, or until the weather cools down consistently below 75 degrees, otherwise you would end up with a puddle of chocolate and that would not be very satisfying.
