Little Squam Lake

Little Squam, as the name implies, is the baby sister of Squam, connected to the big lake by a short channel. A dam down the Squam River maintains a common water level allowing for easy passage back and forth. For our Little Squam we decided to do a variation on the Squam Lake bar, making the chocolate a little creamier and adding the bold taste of Sri Lankan curry. Like any little sister, she pays homage to her family but has a personality of her own.
